Not too shabby. I need a plan for today, and then I can act accordingly! Breakfast, tea, paper, reading, studying, and writing- I really want to rp or fic or something. And to try to maybe put a few threads up in my games. And resist the urge to app elsewhere until I find out about the two I have pending and make sure that I can handle it and all that jazz.
And now my stomach's grumbling so I shall go start on things.

Awwww, sad! Sondre didn't get Peter Parker. Not that I was entirely sure that he would but it would have been SO COOL.
But today has been a good day. I haven't been able to say that I've had a good day in a while, so this is nice. I think the snaps cups definitely helped; I really like the opportunity to say nice things to you all, and reading what you guys have commented to me makes me really happy.
I have a bit of work to do this weekend, but it isn't too bad (knock on wood- haha!). I would love to write/rp with some of you guys, so please comment or shoot me an im or email or something if you're interested!

I didn't count my Oliver app, since a lot of it was reused stuff from previous versions of Oliver. But omg SOCLOSE to 50%!
Still no word from Incanto; I know 91 doesn't do adds until Monday. I can't help but be nervous; Joanna's a completely new character for me and a bit different from most of my other characters.
It is 7:30 and I am at Toyota waiting for the truck to get washed. I have coffee and a danish and strawberries romanoff and it is glorious. I seriously need to get myself an espresso maker and learn how to make this romanoff sauce. They're also talking about Fort Hood on tv; I don't personally know anybody there but I have friends who have friends and the like- my thoughts are with the families and friends who lost loved ones there.
And thank you to everybody who's replied to my thread on the snaps cups-- I'm slowly working my way through replying to everybody I know well enough to say something to.
Good golly we're getting up to 80 degrees today. In November. I MISS HAVING AN AUTUMN. And I will stop talking now and post this.

Can't sleep. Drawing cartoons. Will hate self later (ie, tomorrow).
I bet I probably forgot somebody, but I thought I'd try a group shot of my lady RP characters, as sort of a warm-up for a cartoon my fella RP characters, ( given that there are twice as many of those jerks. )
Next lady I play will actually have a sense of humour AND confidence -- AT THE SAME TIME (and not be a creep like Nell).

Today I got an email from my uncle with a video of my cousin in his school talent show. My cousin is 12, and he's just awesome. He's this total little geek and he's really into music and theatre and stuff, he's such a Justin in the making, even to where he used to be all crazy-hyper and stuff and now he does theatre. For the talent show, he performed a medley of Michael Jackson songs, complete with the dance moves and everything.
And not that you guys probably care, but in case anyone does, here's the video...

Shameless promoting is my middle name.
On top of playing in Anomalous (check out my shameless promo here!), I am in another Marvel-based game. This game is really geared more towards those comic book buffs who has been keeping up with the Dark Reign series (post-Civil War). It's following the series almost completely, with a few creative twists and turns peppered into the game.

In the game I play Emma Frost (white__queen) and I am desperately seeking out a Scott Summers / Cyclops. Scott has a pivotal role in this game, considering he is one of the main mutants speaking out against Osborn and his Dark Reign of terror. He is also the leader of the X-Men, and basically "ruler" of Utopia - the planet that majority of the peace seeking mutants have migrated to. On top of that, Emma really, really, really really wants her rocky relationship back! She could use the stubborn boy scout Scott Summers to keep her in line, and remind her that everything she is doing isn't in vain.
This game has AWESOME potential, we just need more people! More people with knowledge of the current comic series going on in Marvel. This is 616, so it's not like it's some alternate universe. This is going on right here, right now in Marvel Comics, check it! scans_daily keeps up with the Dark Reign series, and so does Marvel Wiki.

It was a fight to get started tonight, but I picked a scene that would have a lot of emotional resonance for Cian. It's close to where Marc is emotionally this week, and I knew I could try to draw him out that way. And I've got him, a Cian on the cusp of figuring out that he needs to make a major change in his life. From this point in the book it'd be all downhill.
Except for the part where I'm writing out order and there's still half a book to come before this.
Anyway, set a goal of 3000 words for today and bypassed that by 40 words just as I reached a good pause point. Had to make up for yesterday and on Saturday I'll need to make up for tomorrow, unless I squeak a word or three out. We'll see.
9230 / 50000 words. 18% done!

FIRST: One Girl, One Snaps Cup.
SECOND: I'm not doing Nanowrimo this year after all, and instead have decided to hem and haw over rpwrimo instead. While I'm not doing it officially (though I might tally it up at the end of the month), consider me available for any scenes you'd like, anytime, every character -- ever! I'm vomiting spare time these days, so I'll probably even start the log (or I can write you some drabble or somethin', if that interests anyone at all).
(I think there's a sketch-a-day sort of challenge too, but nuts to that. ... though I do plan to force myself to draw more.)
THIRD: Feeling guilty about the first thing, so here's a cartoon I did to de-rage myself the other night -- FTH!Gawain & former ladyfriend Gayle at a Halloween party of yore. ( Fun with eyeliner and drunken boyfriends )

Holy snaps cup, Batman.
I don't remember when the last one of these I saw was; I just remember that I didn't participate and comment on nearly enough people's posts. This time, it's my resolution to do better, and so I will.
My only real complaint about the past few days is that the leg I busted at Rocky Horror is restless. It is both sprained and restless. So, I've been taking it easy, trying to NaNo/RP/write for class/do my research assistant stuff, and, then, out of nowhere, it'll start going, "You know what we should do? THINGS. We should go do THINGS. Like, I don't know, DDR. Or running a marathon. Or going up and down the steepest hill on campus just because! Or, or, or SOMETHING. That'd be AWESOME, let's do stuff." …And it's sprained, so I can't do much more with it than the awkward, gimpy walk thing I can do with my crutches. I had no idea a limb could be both sprained and restless.
